1. The service
is an online practice tool for the writing and speaking parts of the Finnish YKI intermediate test. It is provided by AKK Capital Oy (Y-tunnus 3631240-1), Ilotulitustie 15, 00930 Helsinki, Finland. Contact: .
2. Not an official test
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Finnish National Agency for Education (OPH), which organises the YKI tests, or the University of Jyväskylä. All practice tasks are our own. Levels we show are unofficial estimates generated with AI. They can be wrong and do not predict or guarantee your YKI result.
3. Account
You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to your email secure. One account is for one person.
4. Free use, passes and add-ons
Free plan. 1 writing and 1 speaking check. Free feedback is partial: you see the estimated level, a summary, the register check and the 2 most important corrections. The full feedback for those answers is stored and unlocks when you buy any pass.
Passes (prices include VAT) are one-off purchases and do not renew automatically:

Fair use applies to every pass, to keep costs and quality stable: at most 600 checks per rolling 30 days, at most 30 minutes of recorded speech per day and 3 minutes per recording. Daily limits reset at 03:00 Finnish time. A check that fails on our side is not counted. A mock exam counts as used when you start it; reopening it within 90 minutes does not use another one.
Add-ons (optional, offered only when they apply): mock exam pack €4.90 (+2 writing and +2 speaking mock exams for the current pass); +14 days €6.90 (added to the end of the current pass); upgrade to Exam Pass+ for the price difference (€10.00 from Exam Pass, €20.00 from Sprint, €17.00 from a Retake pass), which turns the running pass into Exam Pass+.
A pass bought while another is active starts when the active one ends. Passes bought under earlier prices keep the terms they were sold with.
Starting immediately. Before payment you ask us, by ticking a box that is not pre-ticked, to start your purchase immediately, and you acknowledge how this affects your right of withdrawal. We confirm this in your receipt email. Your refund rights are described in the refund policy.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Where Stripe Managed Payments is used, Stripe acts as the reseller (merchant of record) for your purchase and handles VAT, and Stripe's terms apply to the payment.
6. Acceptable use
Do not upload other people's personal data, try to break or overload the service, resell access, or use the service to generate content unrelated to language practice.
7. Content
You keep the rights to your answers. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. The tasks, feedback design and website are our copyright.
8. Availability and liability
We aim for the service to be available, but it may sometimes be down or change. If we fail to provide a paid pass, see the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory Finnish or EU consumer law.
9. Law and disputes
Finnish law applies. Please contact us first. As a consumer you can also contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and take a dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
